Adam Lasky is a partner at Seyfarth Shaw in Seattle and national co-chair of the firm’s Government Contracts practice, where he helps clients across the nation navigate and win government contracts. Client rely on Adam for counsel on how minimize and mitigate risks that arise in government contracting. Adam represents contractors on a wide variety of government contracting issues, focusing primarily on bid protests, FAR/DFARS/SBA regulatory compliance issues, joint venture and teaming agreement transactions, and Service Contract Act compliance/disputes. Adam sits on the governing council of the ABA Public Contract Law Section, and he also chairs the section’s Small Business & Other Socioeconomic Programs committee and is a vice-chair of the section’s Bid Protest committee. He has been recognized by Legal 500 as a Recommended Lawyer for government contracts in each of the past two years.
Kelli Hooke | Sr. Corporate Counsel – Contract and Compliance & Supply Chain | T-Mobile
Kelli Hooke is Sr. Corporate Counsel – Contract Compliance and Supply Chain at T-Mobile, where she has been since July 2019. Kelli reviews, analyzes, and advises on all things government contracts, including RFPs, RFQs, solicitations, contracts, contract modifications, procurement guidelines, procurement regulations (especially FARs and DFARs), and other statues and regulations applicable to government contracts at the federal, state, and local level. In addition, Kelli works closely with the sales, operations, legal, and regulatory compliance teams to ensure T-Mobile meets its commitments in government contracts. She also works closely with the company’s Data Security and Privacy Legal Team on projects and public sector contracting compliance. Prior to joining T-Mobile, Kelli was a Lt. Colonel in the US Army JAG Corps, where most recently she served as Trial Team Chief of the Army’s Contract and Fiscal Law Division. She also served as an operational and international law attorney at U.S. Strategic Command, and as Judge Advocate based at various CONUS and OCONUS commands. Her operational deployments include OPERATIONS ENDURING FREEDOM (Afghanistan), IRAQI FREEDOM (Kuwait), and JOINT FORGE (Hungary).
