Megan Lutesis the Director of Legal for Convoy. Inc., a technology startup in Seattle. Convoy recently became the second unicorn out of Seattle, receiving its billion dollar valuation, and was named Geekwire’s Tech Titan of the Year in 2019 and Geekwire’s Deal of the Year in 2020. Megan worked to help scale the legal team to support the rapid growth from 200 to 1,000 employees in the last year and a half. Megan leads their commercial transactions team, employment team, and immigration group. Megan has both law firm and in-house experience at multiple companies ranging from start-ups to national consulting firms, to an international Fortune 500 company. In addition, Megan sits on the Executive Board for ACC-W and serves as the chair of the sponsorship committee, she sits on the Executive Board of IGNITE Worldwide, an organization that focuses on helping girls and underrepresented youth gain access to STEM programs, as well as sits on the advisory board for Center Force, an organization whose mission is to promote diversity and inclusion in the legal community. She was given the “Career Success in the Private Sector” award by the Women Leaders of Washington, and is a regularly featured speaker and panelists at various summits and conferences. Megan lives in Seattle, WA with her husband and her one year old daughter.
